We accept returns within 10 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return:
• The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.
• The item must be in its original packaging with tags still attached.
• A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
To initiate a return, please contact us at support@bouncebunny.ca with your order number and reason for return. We will provide instructions for returning your item.
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:
• Sale items or clearance items
• Gift cards
• Custom or personalized products
• Intimate apparel (e.g., underwear or bodysuits)
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. If you need to exchange it for the same item, email us at support@bouncebunny.ca.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., defective or incorrect item).
• We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
